About Mencap Sport
We work together with a range of partners such as National Governing Bodies, County Sport Partnerships and other organisations to develop sport opportunities at a grass root level.
We mainly focus on developing opportunities for Mencap groups and services to be active, and working with mainstream environments to be inclusive.
We also organise a programme of national championship events and support talented athletes to compete in international competitions.
Move with Mencap
We have created an activity pack to help you get moving and have fun, even if you have to stay at home.
The pack has a set of activity cards and a postcard so you can tell us about your favourite activities. Post this back to us, share it on social media using #MoveWithMencap or just keep it at home to show off all the fun you’ve been having.
We would like to thank Sport England, the National Lottery and BGC Partners for their help in creating the pack. Have fun!

Advice on exercising from home
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are all now spending a lot more time at home. It is still important that we stay active during this time if we can.
To help, Sport England have created their #StayInWorkOut campaign.
Visit the Sport England website for tips, advice and guidance on how to keep or get active in and around your home.
