Fundraise for Mencap

To set up a JustGiving page for your Mencap fundraiser:

1. Visit the Mencap JustGiving page.
2. Click the 'Fundraise for us' button
3. Log into your account if you have one or click 'Sign up' to create a new account.

Create your Mencap fundraising page:

1. Answer 'Yes' or 'No' to 'Are you fundraising in memory of someone?' 
2. Tell JustGiving if you are taking part in an event, doing your own activity or just fundraising. 
3. Enter how much money you would like to raise for Mencap.
4. Give your page a title i.e. 'Joe's fundraiser for Mencap' and write a description about what you are doing and why you are raising money for Mencap.
5. Confirm your JustGiving webpage address (URL) – one will be automatically provided but you can customise it if you wish. This URL will be the JustGiving link that you can share with friends and family when asking them to donate.
6. Add a cover photo or video to your page if you wish. 
7. Finalise your page by checking all the details you have entered and click the 'Launch my page' button.

Your fundraising page should now be set up and ready to accept donations. 

Note: JustGiving has 0% platform fees for donations. All funds you raise will go direct to Mencap. JustGiving will send the money that you raise to Mencap on a weekly basis.
