A learning disability is to do with the way someone's brain works. It makes it harder for someone to learn, understand or do things.

It tells you the main things we have worked on over the last year.
We have an exciting plan about all the work we are doing.
It is called Our Big Plan.
We are working with people with a learning disability, their families and many other people on our plan.
