Supporting people in local areas to come together to change things
Our main work:
We are working to bring people together more in local areas.
That includes people with a
learning disability
A learning disability is to do with the way someone's brain works. It makes it harder for someone to learn, understand or do things.

That will help everyone to work together to change things for people with a learning disability and their families.
People with a learning disability helped us to make a new project called My Fund.
This is where we give some people with a learning disability money to help make their lives better.
For example, some people might want to go on holiday or they might need a new laptop.
