Imagine the thrill of standing in the door of a plane flying at 10,000 feet, and the excitement and anticipation before you jump, while harnessed to a professional freefall parachute instructor.

Imagine the feeling of freefalling through the clouds at speeds of around 120mph.

Well, stop imagining! You could experience this incredible adrenaline rush and raise money for Mencap.

How to take part

Our skydive partner Skyline have airfields across the UK, so wherever you are you'll be sure to find one near you (take a look at all the locations on the map below).

All we ask that you raise at least £395 in sponsorship money. To secure your jump, you just pay a £70 deposit to Skyline on registration. We ask for a minimum sponsorship amount to ensure that we are able to cover our own costs and at the same make sure that we make enough money to support our services.

This money will then be used to cover costs of the airfield (e.g. aeroplane charges, fuel, equipment etc.), with the rest going towards our work improving the lives of people with a learning disability.

Jump for free!

On booking your skydive you will be required to pay a £70 deposit. Although you must pay this, you can claim it back from us once you have reached your minimum sponsorship target. As soon as you reach your minimum fundraising target we will pay for your skydive. If you are fundraising offline, we need to receive this money before we pay any costs. If you are raising money online, we just need you to notify us when you have reached your fundraising target.

All you need to do is register your interest now using our online form, and then you can begin gathering your sponsorship money.

After you've registered your interest, a member of our Community Fundraising Team will get in touch with you within 2 working days. They will talk you through what to do next and help you get ready for your dive.
