If you are a support worker, you might help someone with a learning disability to:

  • cook a meal
  • look after their money
  • go out for the day.

What is it like to work for Mencap?

Mencap Training Academy

If you have a learning disability and you want to learn skills to get a job, we have the Mencap Training Academy for people with a learning disability who are 16 – 24 years old.
