The Learning Disability Helpline responds to enquiries by phone, email, webform and letter. 

We will respond to your enquiry within 15 working days.

If, after an initial discussion, we believe you need more tailored advice, we may arrange a time at a later date to discuss your case with our information and advice officers. Where we judge that your situation needs a quicker response, we will always try to priorities your call. 

Due to the fact that we currently have a long waiting list for advice, this will normally be a one-off call and email only.

The Learning Disability Helpline is funded entirely through charitable donations. In exceptional circumstances and depending on our capacity, we may be able to offer more support, but unfortunately we cannot provide in depth support to everyone who needs it.
