I am Glen Hall and joined Mencap in July 2016 as Head of Retail. Previous to Mencap I spent over 5 years at Barnardo’s, initially as an Area Business Manager covering Norfolk and Suffolk and later moving to Regional Manager Retail Operations managing 8 Area Business Managers and 180 retail stores. I have worked within retail since 1999 for a real mix of companies such as Sports Direct, Lidl and the Edinburgh Woollen Mill. I live just outside of Norwich and when I am not working I can be often found performing on stage on Cromer Pier Theatre for the Cromer and Sheringham Operatic and Dramatic Society of which I have been a member for the past 5 years in which time I have appeared in various shows like The Sound Of Music, Oliver, Copacabana and Calamity Jane.
