Mencap is running a national survey of people with a learning disability in the UK! This national survey will be a chance for people with a learning disability to tell us about their everyday lives and experiences. Take part now!

How you can help

We will be asking questions on topics that people with a learning disability have told us are important to them, such as health, relationships, employment and inclusion.

The results will help Mencap to provide better support and further improve the lives of people with a learning disability.

"How to" guide

This video is a 'how to' guide for people supporting people with a learning disability to complete evaluation forms and questionnaires.Follow our top tips to make sure the data you're collecting is a true reflection of what the person thinks and feels.
