Are you a university student looking to make a difference on campus?
Maybe you want to set up a new society or you have a connection to learning disability. If so, there are plenty of exciting ways you can make a valuable contribution to Mencap’s work.
In return for your time and skills, we will offer you support from your dedicated local Fundraising Manager and Volunteering Team, materials and resources for your activities, and the change to connect with other students involved in Mencap's work.
Become a student engagement volunteer!
You could join our fantastic student engagement network and play a major role in raising funds and awareness for Mencap on your campus and beyond. Find out more about the student engagement volunteer role or see our Mencap volunteering opportunities.
Are you a member of your university’s RAG society?
If so, we’d love you to choose us to be your university’s charity of the year.
You can either nominate us to your raising and giving (RAG) society or get in touch to let us know how we can apply.
Organise fundraising events
From pub quizzes to dodgeball tournament’s there are lots of things you can do. Tell us what you’re doing and when, and we’ll supply t-shirts, collection tins, balloons and more.
