At Mencap, we know there are people with a
learning disability
A learning disability is to do with the way someone's brain works. It makes it harder for someone to learn, understand or do things.

One of our surveys revealed that almost one in three young people with a learning disability spend less than one hour outside their homes on a typical Saturday.
You can help us change this and support people with a learning disability by raising funds at your own Mencap Big Tea Party!
