Policy Shapers, they tell us what they think about issues that are important to them.

- Are you a person with a learning disability, or a family member, or carer?
- Are you happy to tell us what you think?
- Are you happy to take part in surveys?
- Do you want to help us to make things better for people with a learning disability?
If you answered 'yes' you can be a Policy Shaper!
We will only email you to ask you for your help a few times a year.
You do not have to help us every time we send you a survey.
As a thank you, every time a Policy Shaper answers one of our surveys, we enter them into a prize draw to win a £25 gift card.
