What is a blue plaque?

A blue plaque is a special sign put on a building.

It is given by Historic England.

3 building blocks. Each has a number on it. One has number 1, one has number 2 and the other has number 3

A blue plaque tells people that an important person lived or worked there.

Judy began writing letters to Nursery World magazine.

Many parents wrote back to her and said they also felt alone and unheard.
