and I visit ‘A’ every couple of months.
This is my story…..
It is amazing visiting ‘A’. We sit together doing our activities or painting her nails and having a little chat along the way. She has a beautiful smile that warms your heart.
I had just a little time on my hands and wanted to do something good to help others and to give something back.
I saw the advert online and though that I was able to give a couple of hours a few times a year to help someone else and it’s been an amazing friendship ever since.
What I enjoy most is seeing the smile on A’s face when I arrive, she is always so happy to see me. I leave with a smile and a good feeling.
If you have any time on your hands, then do it! I
t's only a short time out of my life and it brightens not only her day but mine too. Knowing I’m sharing just a little time out of my day, with such a beautiful lady, is a great feeling.
