Autism
Autism is a disability. Autistic people find it difficult to understand what other people think and feel. They also find it difficult to tell people what they think and feel. Everyone with autism is different.
and ADHD and I witness on a daily basis the unseen struggles that are faced by my son and for our family!
I am finding the process of training extremely rewarding and feeling so powerful and strong. I am very excited to run and represent Mencap at the 2024 TCS London Marathon. If anyone is considering it, I'd say 100% go for it!
