We work with a range of different companies to support people with a learning disability to progress towards and ideally into paid work. Companies can offer anything from a short work experience placement through to paid employment.

We provide a high level of education to employers about our client group as well as on-the-job support, so there is little or no additional support required of the employer.

We've helped to organise accessible work placements in all kinds of industries, including TV, catering, sport, healthcare, charities and even Parliament.
