Mencap Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter of the Competition is Royal Mencap Society (Mencap), a registered charity (number 222377) in England and Wales, of 6 Cyrus Way, Hampton, Peterborough PE7 8HP.
2. The Competition is open to residents of the
United Kingdom
The United Kingdom is also called the UK. It includes the countries of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

3. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. By entering this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. To enter the Competition, participants must:
a. Complete the Mencap
Survey
A survey is when someone asks you to answer some questions.
during the competition period.
6. There is a limit of one entry per participant in this Competition.
7. The Competition will open at 9am (GMT) on Thursday 9 July 2026 and the closing date for entries will be 12pm on Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted. Mencap accepts no responsibility Responsibility is managing or being in charge of something. for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. There will be eight prize draw winners in the Competition and the winners will receive:
a. £40 gift-card (One4All).
9. The winners will be chosen by Mencap based on a random draw.
10. The winners will be notified be notified by email from [email protected] no later than 12pm (GMT) on Sunday 15 November 2026 to claim the prize.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Mencap reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
12. The prizes are as stated and non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Mencap reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of an equivalent value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
13. Mencap reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. Mencap will notify participants of any changes as soon as possible.
14. Mencap’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with applicable UK data protection
law

. Survey responses will be anonymised before being shared with a third-party analysis partner. No personally identifiable information will be included in any analysis, reporting, or published findings.
16. The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes must be referred to the courts of England.
