Energy bills support scheme

The energy bills support scheme was money to help you to pay your electricity bill.

If you have an electric meter in your home, you had money off your electricity bill every month from October 2022 to March 2023.

If you have a prepayment meter in your home, you had vouchers to help you to pay for your electricity.

You have to use each voucher to buy electricity within 3 months of when it was sent to you.

The energy bills support scheme ended on 31 March 2023.

This means that you will not get any more money or vouchers from the energy bills support scheme.

If you have a voucher and have not used it to buy electricity, it might be a good idea to spend it.

If you have lost your voucher, or you try to spend your voucher and it has run out, contact your energy supplier to get a new one.
