What is the One Big Walk challenge?
There are 1.5 million people in the UK with a learning disability A learning disability is to do with the way someone's brain works. It makes it harder for someone to learn, understand or do things. . We’d like you to use that number to raise awareness and set your own One Big Walk challenge! How about…
- A 1.5 mile walk every day in September.
- An ambitious 15 miles in one day.
- A total distance of 150 miles walked across the whole of September.

Where does the One Big Walk take place?
One Big Walk takes place during September.
This is a virtual challenge, so you can walk anywhere you like. Whatever you choose, you'll be helping to make a difference.
