Down Syndrome
Down syndrome, also known as Down's syndrome, is a type of disability. People with Down syndrome may find it hard to learn new things and may need support. They may have more problems with their health too.

Emma went along to thank the boys and gave a presentation on Rock Your Socks and why World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated each year on the 21st of March. They’ve already got it in their diary for 2024.
