Whether you are a person with a learning disability looking for a job, their parent or carer, or an employer looking to work with us you've come to the right place.

Having a job matters

Only 4.8% of adults with a learning disability known to adult social care in England are in paid work (Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework, 2023).

But we know many people with learning disabilities want to and can work and we're doing everything we can to help change this statistic. We have a clear vision for how people with learning disabilities can be better supported into employment.
