Santa Dash in Cardiff

You will join hundreds of Santas in this fun run in aid of Mencap. You will run across the barrage and back, so look out for ducks and and hang on to your hat.

How to take part

Registration: £14 for an adult
Register: please register by Sunday 13 November. You can fill out the online register form for the Cardiff Santa Dash.
Sponsorship: There is no minimum sponsorship however we suggest sponsorship of £40.

*Please register by Sunday 13 November to ensure you receive your Santa suit in time for the run.

All money raised will go towards Inspire Me, a new project supported by The Co-operative that will support 20,000 young people with a learning disability to change their lives.

The race is not quite 5km, but you can download some 5km training guidelines to help get you started!
