When: Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm Sundays
Customer A customer is a person who buys something or uses a service A service gives people what they need, like healthcare services that help people when they are ill, and support services that give people support. . and donors may need to queue outside whilst we manage social distancing within the store.
We gratefully accept donations of household items and clothes to create a vibrant mix of things for you to browse and buy.
We cannot accept donations of used duvets, children's car seats, booster cushions, prams or pushchairs that convert into car seats, walking or mobility aids, cycle helmets, or potentially dangerous items such as knives.
By donating or buying items you are helping to support people with a learning disability A learning disability is to do with the way someone's brain works. It makes it harder for someone to learn, understand or do things. to live the life they choose.

Or, ask to speak to the manager A manager is a boss at work. They tell you what you need to do and give you support if you need it. of your local Mencap Shop to find out if there are any voluntary positions available.
