Hear from a previous runner

Marathon day was one of the best and hardest days of my life. I feel such a huge sense of achievement having finished it and raised money for Mencap.

I really could not have done it without the incredible support of the spectators and Mencap. Although the training was hard, marathon day made it so worth it.

Mencap have helped support my brother and family for so long, they really are such a wonderful charity and I felt like I wanted to pay them back for all they do for young people with a learning disability and their families, and that is why I chose to support this incredible charity.
