Where? The Europa Hotel, Belfast

Fundraising target? £100 minimum

Registration fee? £35 

Terms and Conditions: Participants must be 14 years old or more to do this abseil. To find out more about this event please visit the One Big Abseil website.

Take on this challenge for Mencap
To participate in this event you will first need to register with One Big Abseil and pay their £35 booking fee. Once registered you then need to email Mencap to let us know you are taking part. After following those two steps you will receive a fundraising pack and all the information you need for the day, including a free Mencap T-shirt!

could help provide access to sport and recreational activities so people with a learning disability can socialise and break the loneliness and isolation they face.

could help us influence utility companies and banks so they provide vital information in a clear and simple way so people with a learning disability understand the impact the cost of living crisis will have on them.

could help us create mental health resources in a format that is accessible for people with a learning disability who are struggling with their wellbeing.
