Wayne Crocker

Wayne is Mencap Cymru's director. He is from Pontypridd and graduated from UNCW Bangor in 1991 with a Bachelor of Divinity degree. He has worked in the third sector for a higher education charity, an employment charity and been at Mencap Cymru since 1998. He is a former chair of Dolen Cymru Lesotho, a trustee of Tai Pawb and sits on a number of Wales-wide strategic groups representing the voices of both people with a learning disability and their parents and carers.
