Hosted by Mencap and Special Olympics GB, the National Partnership Swimming Competition (formerly the National Swimming Championship), is now in its 13th year.

Around 130 swimmers with a learning disability take part each year.

About the event

This years National Partnership Swimming Competition will be taking place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 September 2018.

It will be held at Wales National Pool, Sketty Lane, Swansea, SA2 8QG.

How to take part

The cost of entering the competition is £7.50 per athlete per event.

This fee includes competition entry, access to the opening and closing ceremonies, and one free pool pass per four athletes (athletes who need medical spotters will receive one extra pass). Additional passes can be ordered via the entry form at a cost of £6 per pass, which is then payable at the event.

Please note you can only enter 6 athletes per online form. 

Alternatively, you can enter more than 6 athletes at one time via our paper entry form (PDF, 258 KB), which is to be returned by post to Mencap Sport, 123 Golden Lane, London, EC1Y 0RT.

The closing date for entries is 5pm on Wednesday 18 July 2018.
