Some complaints can be sorted out quickly and easily. If you speak to a Mencap staff member they might be able to sort out your complaint straight away.
Other complaints are more serious and can be more difficult to sort out.

How long will it take to answer my complaint?
- We will let you know that we have got your complaint within five working days.
- We will try to give you an answer to your complaint within 25 working days.
- If we cannot do this, we will tell you the reason why.
