The Inspire Me project will change the lives of 25,000 young people with a learning disability, their families and communities by supporting and inspiring them to be the best that they can be.

Involve Me is a three-year project about how to creatively involve people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in decision making.

Raising Your Game has been developed in direct response to what young people told Mencap about their dreams and the problems they encounter achieving them.
Getting to know you
Getting to know you is a small project that aims to empower and encourage self advocates with learning disabilities to act as peer advocates for those with more profound disabilities.

The me2 award
The me2 award is a kite-mark that recognises, promotes and celebrates inclusive services for disabled children and young people.
Changemakers
Changemakers is a Mencap project for young people with a learning disability aged 13 -25, funded by Social Action Fund.
Gateway Active
Mencap has set up 20 Gateway Active centres around England, Scotland and Wales, funded by the People’s Health Trust. These are for people with a learning disability, their parents and carers.
Getting It Right - From The Start
Getting It Right – from The Start is a Mencap health project. We are training volunteers to work with GPs and their practice staff. Our volunteers offer GPs and practice staff advice and information about the needs of people with a learning disability.
