You need to check with the person who took the photo and the people in the photo that it is ok for you to enter it into the competition.

I agree that Royal Mencap Society can use the photo or story in an exhibition, on the Mencap website, on things they sell, like a mug or calendar or to promote the work of Mencap.

The law says that the person who ticks this form is in charge of making sure everyone is ok with the photo being used. If everyone is happy for the photo and story to be entered into the Snap! completion, please tick this box.
