Mencap's employment services have been supporting people with a learning disability to find and keep jobs in Northern Ireland for 30 years.

We provide help to young people and adults to prepare for, find and keep a job.

Most of our programmes are available throughout Northern Ireland, but some operate only in specific areas. Where we do not offer a certain programme we will try to help you find a different one.

Mencap are very helpful because they work with you to get a job that suits you.
