Oska Bright 2009 is now open

The fourth Oska Bright Film Festival is now open for entries.

The festival of short films made by and for people with a learning disability will take place in Brighton from 17 to 19 November 2009.

The festival is looking for films from any genre that are under ten minutes long and made by groups or individuals. Film makers can submit their entries by 30 April 2009.
