The Wombats release Christmas single for Mencap

Festive track featuring Les Dennis can be downloaded from 12 December.

Liverpool indie band The Wombats have released a one-off festive track entitled ‘Is this Christmas?', with all proceeds from sales going to Mencap.

The track, which can be downloaded from 12 December and bought on CD and 7 inch vinyl from 15 December, features the voice of comedian and fellow Liverpudlian Les Dennis.

‘Is this Christmas?' will be followed by the single ‘My Circuitboard City', which is released on 9 February.
