Helping young people reach their goals.

Hello everyone, my sister now lives independently in her own home and is really enjoying life. My mum and dad want to plan for the future and step away over time from managing her direct payments and other decisions. So I am setting up a Independent Living Trust to look after her affairs.
Does anyone have any experience of doing this? can they point me to any advice?
I found a good guide here...

but I have more questions about things...
Thanks
G :-)
