Hi there.  My name is Wendy and I am a Makaton sign language tutor, and also have a son who has Downs Syndrome.  My son and the whole fanily are Makaton users.  Have you ever thought about Makaton before?  It certainly changed our lives for the better.

Do get in touch if you wish.

Hi my daughter has language processing problems and bulbar palsy, dysthargia and dysthria causing severe speech and language problems. My daughter gets taught pagent gormet signing at school. I feel Makaton is great but does not allow the children to speak in sentences and express their needs in a detailed way. Does your son have any other dissabilities?

Hi my 10 year old daughter has 'severe Receptive and Expressive Language Disorder'   I have just started to home school her - because of school cut backs in her support.  I would love to hear from anyone in a similar position
