FW

Does anyone know how good Wiltshire and Gloucestershire are in terms of council and lea provision for a child with severe and complex needs?

Positive and negative answers please

Thanks

Hia,

To be honest I really don't think any Council, County, Education Department etc are any good, a disabled child is a lot of money to them and they will prolong things as much as possible.

My County is Flintshire and I have had an 8yr battle with all the so called 'proffessionals'.

The answer is DO NOT GIVE UP

Good Luck

Sioned

not sure about your area but if you need help get in contact with your local parent partnership scheme - details from your lea - also they might have an independent advocacy service for your child to help with choices.
