Coldplay stars complete Little Noise line-up

Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland perform exclusively for Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland have been announced as the final acts to complete this year’s Little Noise line-up.

The duo, who are more often seen playing in international arenas, will perform in front of a much smaller crowd in the intimate surroundings of the St John at Hackney church, London, on Thursday 24 November.

Tickets for the gig go on general release from 10am on Monday 7 November. Subscribers to Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions website can buy exclusive presale tickets from 10am on Friday 4 November.

The Coldplay pair will be joined on the night by Ben Howard, Emeli Sande, Michael Kiwanuka and Bebe Black.

Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions are now in their sixth year, bringing together new talent and some of the biggest names in music to play stripped-down sets. The gigs take place between Tuesday 22 November and Sunday 27 November, with other headliners including Elbow, Goldfrapp, Example, Sinead O’Connor and Marina & The Diamonds.
