Mencap responds to HMIC report 'Policing anti-social behaviour: The public perspective'

Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) has published a report called Policing anti-social behaviour: The public perspective'. It found that 45% of police calls relate to anti-social behaviour, but the Chief Inspector of Constabulary said officers did not regard it as real crime and were slow to act. Mencap responds.
