On Thursday 5 April Mencap’s Marathon des Sables team headed off to Morocco, ready to put their months of hard work training into practice.

After months of hard work training and fundraising, on 31 March, Mencap's team finally set off to Morocco to battle through the sand and heat of the Sahara desert.
