Nightrider 2010

11pm on Saturday 19 June saw the Nightrider team setting off for an exciting night time bike ride through England's capital.

Argentina and Chile bike ride 2010

2010 saw Mencap's second trip to Argentina and Chile for another amazing South American bike ride.

Russia bike ride 2009

2009 saw Mencap's supporters taking part in the first bike ride in the Russian Federation.
