Newcastle Soroptimists bravely abseiled 85 foot down the stunning Malmaison hotel on Newcastle Quayside.
Mencap Mile 2012: Event report
On 30 September 200 swimmers took to Dorney Lake to swim the Mencap Mile. Despite the cold water temperature the participants were enthusiastic and took on the challenge.
Summer skydive
On 28 June 2009, nine brave people took to the skies from Swansea Airfield to make a tandem sky dive in aid of Mencap Cymru.
