Join our fun-loving Dennis the Menace team and run for Mencap in the world's biggest half-marathon - the 2009 Bupa Great North Run.

How to take part 

To obtain a Mencap guaranteed place, we ask you to:

• pay an initial £25 registration fee.
• raise £350 in sponsorship

To register for the Great North Run, please fill in our online form.

If you have your own place through the ballot, you can still join Mencap's running team. There's no minimum sponsorship, we just ask you to raise as much as you can.
